Why this page exists
Cookies keep Poly Casino running the way you expect. We are Poly Casino, operated by Truessence Inc., and this page explains how small files are stored on your device when you play our Gold Coin and Sweeps Coin games.
Want the bigger picture on how we handle your data? Read our Privacy Policy alongside this document. The two are designed to be read together.
This policy applies to everyone who visits our site. You must be 21 or older to open an account.
Managing cookies in your browser
Your browser is the master control. Every major browser lets you block cookies, delete existing ones, or warn you before a site stores anything.
In Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Edge, look under Settings or Preferences, then Privacy. Mobile devices have their own advertising-ID controls too. One warning: blocking everything may break logins, balance displays and some games. If gambling ever stops feeling fun, step away and reach the National Problem Gambling Helpline at 1-800-522-4700 or visit ncpgambling.org. You can also set limits on our responsible gambling page.
What a cookie actually is
A cookie is a tiny text file. Your browser saves it when you load a page, then sends it back on your next visit so we can recognize your session.
Some cookies vanish the moment you close the tab. Others linger for a set period so we remember your preferences, keep you logged in, or measure which pages people enjoy. We also use similar technologies — pixels, local storage and SDKs inside our mobile app — and we treat them under this same policy.
The cookie categories we use
We group cookies into four buckets. Strictly-necessary cookies load automatically because the site cannot work without them. The rest run only after you agree.
Category | Purpose | Typical duration |
|---|---|---|
Strictly necessary | Keep you signed in, secure your session, balance server load and remember your cookie choices. | Session to 12 months |
Functional | Remember language, display settings and recently played titles so you don't reset them each visit. | Up to 12 months |
Analytics | Measure page views, loading times and game popularity in aggregate so we can fix weak spots. | Up to 24 months |
Marketing | Measure promotions and show relevant offers on and off our site; limit how often you see an ad. | Up to 13 months |
Durations are maximums. Many cookies expire sooner, and we review the list regularly.
Consent and how to withdraw it
When you first arrive, a banner appears. Accept everything, reject the optional categories, or open the preference panel and pick category by category — the choice is yours.
Changed your mind? Reopen the cookie settings link in our site footer at any time and move the toggles. Withdrawing consent stops future optional cookies; it does not erase ones already set, so clearing your browser finishes the job. Strictly-necessary cookies stay active because the service depends on them. Questions? Our support team can help.
